We offer a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for non-quality related returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack your keyboard in its original retail box including all keycaps, cables, and tools to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our designated warehouse using a trackable courier service.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
